SMART ROOM PACKAGE - WHAT TO EXPECT
1. One Quick Chat
We will begin with a 20-minute phone consultation (or email if you prefer) to understand your needs and style preferences. I will also request clear images (and a floor plan if you have one).
2. Tailored Questionnaire
After our chat I will send you a short questionnaire to gather additional details.
3. Secure Your Smart Room E-Design
Once the questionnaire is complete you will receive an invoice for A$500 per room. Full payment is required before I begin designing your custom mood board. This ensures I can dedicate my time and focus to crafting a tailored solution for your space.
4. Smart Room Package
You will receive 2 mood boards per room, complete with a shopping list and product links.
5. Smart Room Plus - Optional Add-On
Need extra support- you can choose to add on written advice for A$300 per room for guidance on how to implement your new look.
Terms of Service
Full payment is required upfront to secure your project.The design process is based on the information you provide during the consultation. The service includes a custom mood board and/or product recommendations, delivered as a one-time service. Once designs are delivered, additional revisions or ongoing advice are not included. Due to the nature of bespoke design, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

Upfront payment guarantees your Smart Room project is prioritised and allows me to provide my full attention and expertise to your design. My process is transparent, ensuring you receive a high-quality design in a timely manner.
What if you are not completely satisfied with the design?
I take great care to create a design that reflects your unique style and the needs we discuss during our consultation. Because this is a custom service, revisions or refunds are not included once the design is delivered. That said, I value your feedback and am happy to make minor adjustments to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

My e-Decorating service is designed to be self-sufficient. Once you receive your mood board and shopping list, the process is complete.

By this I mean, you will handle purchasing the items and setting up at your own pace. My process is designed to be uncomplicated, giving you everything you need that works for you. While I am here to deliver the design, further advice or assistance is not included after the final delivery.
